Subscription Terms

1. What a subscription is

A Snaffle subscription is a monthly, rolling agreement between you and Snaffle. Each month, on your billing date, we charge the subscription price for the tier you have chosen and enter you automatically into that month's Monthly Draw with the number of entries shown for your tier on the Enter Subscription page.

2. Tiers and entries

The price and entry count for each tier is set out on the Enter Subscription page and forms part of these Terms. We may change tiers, prices or entry counts for future months; if we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect and you can cancel before it applies.

3. Billing

• Your first charge is taken when you subscribe. That covers your first month of entries.
• Subsequent charges are taken monthly on the same day of the month.
• All charges are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
• If a payment fails, we will retry for up to 5 days. If it still fails, we will pause your subscription and email you.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@snaffle.win. Cancellation stops future monthly charges. Your entries for the month you have already paid for still stand and will go into that Draw.

5. Pausing

You can pause your subscription for up to [3] months from your dashboard. While paused, we do not charge you and you do not receive entries. Your tier is held; when you unpause, billing resumes on the next monthly cycle.

6. Refunds and the 14-day cooling-off period

You can cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up for a full refund of the initial charge — but only if you have not been entered into a Draw during that period. Once entries have been submitted into a Draw, that Draw's charge is not refundable, because the entries have already been placed. This does not affect your right to a refund if we make a mistake or cancel a Draw.

7. Prizes for subscribers

Subscribers are treated identically to Single Purchase and postal entrants when winners are drawn. Any subscriber-only bonus rounds are described on the Enter Subscription page and in the applicable Draw notice.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't want to accept them, cancel before they apply.

9. Other terms

These Subscription Terms should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Notice and Official Rules. Where there is a conflict, the Official Rules govern the mechanics of the Draw, these Subscription Terms govern billing and cancellation, and the Terms of Use govern everything else about your account.
